Mexico has been on my travelling list for quite a long time and I was able to check it off after Christmas Break. On Christmas Day, my host family and I got on a plane to go to Cabo, Mexico. Everything looked exactly like the US when we arrived. But then we got out of the airport and we drove towards the city and I could see the beautiful nature and also the ocean. We stayed at a hotel for the first couple days. The hotel was really cool and it was fun to sleep there. After a couple days we moved into a condo to stay there for the rest of the trip. During the days, we stayed at the beach club Chileno Bay which is about a 25 minute drive from the hotel and the condo. We played all kinds of sports like basketball, baseball, pickle ball, soccer, volleyball, and many more. We also relaxed a lot at the pool  went swimming in the pool and the ocean. At night we would leave the club to go out to eat in a restaurant. We ate at many different places and the food was always delicious. We ate seafood, pasta, tacos and much more. On New Years Eve, there was a big party at the beach club that we went to. The food was amazing and they had many different activities including a band that played a lot of good songs. The vacation was fun and I got to spend a lot time with my host family.
